I put this in TOMB (to pull a JDubb) but some people there, decided it was embarrassing to say they liked Michael Jackson. So clearly people didn't get what I meant, I guess some people might call it a guilty pleasure band- except I don't feel guilt, just like a dolt when admitting it.
I am a hard rock/metal guy, so it is embarrassing to admit that I really like Mr. Big (I still hate- To Be With You though).

I loved Michael Jackson (when he was still black). I had a huge poster of him on the wall and all his cassettes and even the doll. When he started turning white and getting ubber weird I bailed on that fan club.
I actually like a bunch of the 80s hairband ballads, too. There's a new song with a chick singer that I actually like and I normally hate female singers.

Phil Collins is another one of mine, I got into him via his proggy genesis stuff, and some of his heavier work (e.g. No More) but I dig a lot of his poppy tunes too.
Also I enjoy some soundtracks to video games I have played- but that is more for the score type stuff to put on while working.
