Shelley is a piece of shit, always has been. A dinosaur. He is worthless on the ice unless he fights or hits, that type of enforcer is going to be gone from the league soon and they only enforcer that will remain are the Mike Rupp types that can also contribute offensively.

Cleary got a 5 minute boarding call in the Pens Wings game last night also.

I think they WILL in fact enforce it. In fact, I think anything that even looks like a head hit or boarding is gonna get called and most likely for 5.

10 games.....good. Plus Sherriff Shanny made it 10 because of the broken nose that Shelly gave the guy.

So are they at 3 suspensions for the preseason? Letournau-Leblonde from Calgary got 5 games as well

Has anyone seen a news story about the Jets preseason games where they DO NOT refer to them as "the franchises first games"?
The franchise has been around for over 10 years, in Atlanta.
And the real Jets franchise is in Phoenix.
I've been looking for a reason to hate the new Jets.
I think I'm going to use this angle for it.
I got sick of all the people crying out, saying that they needed to be called the Jets.
So screw 'em.
Let them go get drunk and drive boats around.
