Most livable bargain markets to live in. Pittsburgh is #3. Also the largest city, a lot of very small cities on here.

I love DC, I would live there. One of my best friends lived there for about 3 years and loved it. VERY expensive though. I also like that you can get to Baltimore in 45 minutes, Philly in two hours and Pittsburgh in 3 1/2 hours. DC is on my short list of places I would live though.
