WOW, Talbot signed 5 years for only $9 mill. I wish the Pens would have tried to keep him for that price. 5 years is long though. Talbot is great on the PK, but he doesn't play on the PP and really is not a scorer. Big game player though, which is what Philly needs, I guess that is a good signing for them. Not a big loss for the Pens though, he missed the entire season two years ago.
