I hate speaker phone... it can die in hell. The warranty staff work in open room with 6-8 desks inside of it... we call it the fish bowl... anyways... we had one co-worker who only used speaker phone to talk to people... everyone wanted to shoot him... We finally forced management to buy him a headset.
