International used to have a problem with technicians staying on the phone for over an hour waiting for programming help and what not, so they made a website for it. You click what type of help you need, what the issue is and they will respond to your email within 1 hour. It's all on line so anyone at the dealership can read it. You can bounce back and forth between people in the dealership and at tech support at Intl. It's pretty cool. It has a gay name though... IKNOW.
