Ulysses just recieved a personal foul. Which is usually what starts happening when you are the losing team playing a rival.
After Ulysses lost some yards for this penalty, they still managed to make a touchdown. They opted for the 2 point conversion, and failed. Beavers - 23 Ulysses - 6
