Monday - 10/04/10 - Happy Monday!

My son is a goofy size. He wears boys size 3-4 shirts but toddler 24 month pants. He was running around on Saturday with size 2 pants and they were falling off.

I am at the point of having her try on pants that are too long for her, but fit her in the waist. It's stupid. I'll have to get my mom to hem them, so she doesn't trip in them. Most of the clothes in her closet barely fit her right now, so we are going to have to do some major cleaning out.

It just figures that the sun is shining bright today after yet another weekend of rain. Swoot!

I started my Halloween decorating. I have gravestones that I need to redo... they have epitaphs that my aunt wrote about each of my family members. I think it's time to change them to be more generic now.

It's the opposite here. Nice Sat and yesterday but now it's raining and only 50.

Took today off so I can fix my car.
The starter I put in 10mo ago turned out to be defective. The small lug came right off when I tried to pull the wire off to troubleshoot it. They gave me a new one free.
I also have to replace the neutral safety switch too, but no one here will have one on hand till 12:30. woot:

Now I can at least redneck start it till the other part comes in.

I have to buy Mike new shirts at least once every second month. I buy them big so he can wear them two or three months and then they are too small.

I am looking at this list of the scariest kids in the movies. It kinda sucks. We could do better.

By far the spookiest kid that really just bothered me was that kid in the Halloween remake.

That's like Alyssa....NOTHING from last year fits her now....so it looks like Aunt and Uncle will have to buy her some new clothes...we just brought both of them fall shoes to the tune of $111.00 at Stride Rite this weekend....

Alyssa has the opposite problem..she is tall for her age, so things are too short if they fit her waist...the only good thing is some places have the adjustable waist bands for kids clothes....I think she is a size 5T now...b/c the 4T isn't cutting it...On a positive note, I don't mind spending $ on good clothes for her b/c they get handed down to Jocelyn...her little sister.
