I sometimes make homemade pizza. I like it, but it is different from any of the others. One time just to say I did it, I made pizza from scratch. I made the sauce, made the dough, let it rise, etc. It was good, but not good enough to go through the effort again. However it was worth doing the first time as I learned from it.

You really need the right oven too. My friend bought a forno oven from a restaurant that closed down and was auctioning all of their kitchen equipment. He picked up this huge copper forno fire oven for 500 bucks and installed it on his patio.

Whenever he has guests over, he makes a few homemade pizzas that are great. Way better than a regular kitchen oven

We just had a taco eating contest at work. I ate 15 soft tacos from taco bell and crushed the competition.
