Ever get to the point where you are so far gone from even thinking about staying at the job that you are in that nothing will help? I've waged war on the people in this company that I've had problems with for the last 3 years. I haven't gotten a new job yet, but I just can't kick the mindset that this place is fucked up and going downhill.

Worked at a daycare for 7 months, hated every minute of it. I got yelled at one day for not cleaning my room before I left one night (we had a cleaner come in every night) and one of the bitchy directors decided I needed to be on probation for it. So I just quit

I get to that point, but not having luck finding anything else, I end up getting comfortable at a job, even though the benefits get worse & my pay seems to be going down instead of up.

How do you have such a hard time? Do you just live in a crappy area?

The salary question messed me up at one interview (discussion on show right now), learned my lesson, it sucks you miss work to go on to 2-3 interviews to find out the position pays crap & you wasted all this time
