Yeah, I can imagine that's a nightmare.

I've sent out the email saying I need a yes or no by May 1st. His birthday isn't to the 31st and I need to have the payment in 7 days before the date of the game (31st). I'll buy the tickets in advance then if they didn't rsvp... you can suck it up and pay full price.
