no helmet law, but must have something to protect your eyes. I never used to be a helmet wearer but since I moved to Chicago, I wear mine all the time

I would too, if I lived in a big city. If you are not a moron, you can avoid most terrible accidents anyway.

The accidents probaly don't get reported, because the little cars just get stuck in the tire treads like doodie. Probaly a shit load of missing persons reports though.

I saw a flattened piece of metal once and thought it was a smart car, but it turned out to be a hubcap.
