duct tape. And its not the best thing to use on ducts, you should be using the metal tape to tape your ducts

neosporin is worthless, We have proven in our lab that after wounding the skin, there is no presence of bacteria at all, during the entire healing process, so using neosporin to prevent infection is pointless
