It has more to do with hours of service. As a driver you can only work so many hours a day. Fedex doesn't want interferance

Oh then it's a no brainer. Take at least one of them. Go with the part time one so you don't wear yourself out. Don't let FedEx scare you. Many of my employers have said that part time jobs are discouraged, but none of them could ever do anything about it.

- Do my own work on the side
- Work for another IT company
- Leave this company for another IT company within 50 miles
- Leave this company to get hired by one of my clients
