They always turn out pretty good. The only issue I have is if I roll the dough out to make cut outs I do it too thin and they burn but otherwise they are good..

I try to keep them between 1/8" and 1/4" thick. It takes practice. I plan on experimenting with some new recipes this year.

There are good peeps there, they just have not been exposed to the awesomeness that it DBN yet b/c JIW keeps deleting DBN members posts, even if they don't mention DBN.

I would pay for the $30 jack in the box bill no problem. The trick is, pick up the little tabs and split or get them to pay for the big ones. My parents were in town this weekend and I paid for lunch Sunday $40, diner Sunday $60 and my dad payed for diner Saturday $200+.

You don't pay for everything, but I would rather pick up the $30 fast food tab and look like the good older brother.
