Cable boxes

I'm thinking in the near future, it will be easier and easier to get rid of cable.
They're already making "smart TVs" that you can get Hulu and NetFlix on.
Old TVs with the old cable, didn't need cable boxes, I doubt the cable companies will gladly give people the option of not paying a monthly fee for each cable box.
