PC Recommendation help

My wife needs a new computer for work but she works for a small company and contract their IT support. Since they do not have an IT department, they have to buy their won PC's and than have the contractor configure them. As you all know I am a Apple fan (and according to Pete a Fanboy) and don't know a lot about PCs. Here is a recommendation she got for her new laptop;
- Sandy Bridge quad core configuration with the graphics chip (GPU) on the same chip as the CPU.
- 64 bit Windows 7 professional
- 6 GB of ram
- 750 GB hard drive
- Both wireless (n) and Bluetooth.
This was for a HP but I have not heard good things about HP. Any recommendations?
