I like downtown, it's nicer then people think. But it's only nice in pockets here and there.
And he's trying to improve a big area, I hope it works out.
But like they talked about in that article, I have no idea what they should do about the residential area. It's fucked. It will be like two Detroits, it already is.
They need to consolidate the people who still live there, and bulldoze everything else, and basically start over.
Personally, if they were to clean up the entire downtown area (inside the freeways) and redo it, it would do wonders for the city. Put some downtown condos in the old buildings or build new
