I drive this house daily. It's been abandoned forever and I don't know the story behind it other than it's creepy. Now, it's for sale. What a nice opening sequence for a Amityville horror-type movie.

Yeah, sounds great.
This sale includes 3 parcels with a total of approximately 12 acres, tax id: 1803100007, 1803100006, and 1803100008. There is a well on site that was used by the home, natural gas available. House needs to be torn down.
