Can you imagine living in a country where some group could just be driving around shooting a surface to air missile system at planes and nobody knows who it was.

1) If some one has a sophisticated system like that in the area which requires many large trucks and a lot of personnel to operate - it would be detected by both NATO and Ukes long time ago. These is not something you hide under a tree.
2) Firing a missile like that would be visible to every air force in Europe. Everyone: NATO, Ukes, Russians, Poles, Belarus, Romania, Hungary - would detect the launch and find the site easily. Why are they all still silent? Gen. Breedlove - can see troops deep in Russian territory but can't see who is launching missiles to 30K height? Hard to believe.
3) Missile launch like that would be heard and felt by everyone within 10 miles. The smoke trace would be visible for up to half an hour from a 100 mile. There would be multiple witnesses - where are they?
