I need to stop depending on caffeine. I have gotten way too hooked on the stuff. It's not helping that I still have a cold and can't sleep at night. I probably average 3 to 4 hours of sleep at night.

So, C&R got sued based on their stuff and website? I caught 3 minutes of the show and they were talking about it. I thought at first that Sirius was suing them, but it doesn't sound like that's the case.

It sounds like they were being sued for something that was on their website. We all thought it was Tickelsack or merchandising stuff, but I guess it was content related.
