Brooklyn Black Chocolate Stout - Joe - 12-30-2010 Brewer: Brooklyn Brewery Style: Russian Imperial Stout Appearence- Black body with a small tan head. I held it to a lamp and no light passed through. Smell- Dark chocolate and coffee Taste- Dark and roasty chocolate malts and some coffee bitterness. Very full-flavored. Some alcohol warming, Smooth and creamy, full-bodied. A bit more bitter than Young's Chocolate Stout A very drinkable full-bodied 10% abv. I'd buy it again. Re: Brooklyn Black Chocolate Stout - negadave - 12-30-2010 10%?!
