some time back, I got arrested on a marihuana charge. I'm on my fifth attorney and I have no confidence in him,so I'm planning to file a pro se motion to squash citing that the classification of marihuana as a class A controlled substance is constitutionallee overboard and an based on politics, not facts.

do yall think it'll work.

This is true. If they made something that I could smoke that would motivate me I'd be all over that. I just don't have enough time in the day to smoke weed and lay on the sofa all night eating Funions.
