last Friday the guy across the shop forgot to put oil in a 07 f-150. I've never actually seen anyone do that in person before. It didn't make it out of the shop before the engine locked up. The owner of the truck gets a new engine now, all for free. He's actually happy it happened.
they didn't fire the guy either. I told him he's lucky, and he will probaly be gone if anything happens like that again, even something minor.

I will probably drive a bit then check their work. I made it a point to tell the service writer that I was ripped off at the last place I went to.
