I FUCKING HATE when the bank does this shit. They have done this to me like 5 times. When I go out of country, I always call the bank first now. I think this is bullshit, they should email you first or call you or at least give it like 2 days before they cancel that shit.

This same thing happened to me earlier this week when I was in Indiana for work. Really embarrassing especially when my boss was standing right there. They had to call the CC company and I had to talk to them to get the charge to go through.

My sister works at a bank and she says that they do it because they aren't sure if someone stole the information. It has never happened to Jim nor I but ever since my sister told us that we phone the lady we deal with at the bank and leave her a message.
