I played minor league football with this guy until I retired two years ago.

In fact one season, we rotated at weakside linebacker, taking alternate series.
He was a good player, but kind of lazy.
Half that team dealt. I was one of about 5 white guys on a 60 man roster. Everyone liked me though and at least I knew I had people in certain places who had my back.

Yeah. 6am came way to early again.
But I couldn't find anything about it. There have been rumors for a year or so now, if it's true, Illitch will basically own all of Detroit. The Red Wings, The Tigers, The Pistons, damn near every concert venue, his wife owns a casino, a bunch of bars downtown, Little Ceazers...
