How old were you when you rode a bike without training wheels?

My little girl turned 4 a couple months ago. Last night she told me to take her training wheels off her bike. I took them off, totally expecting to see her fall and cry. I started her out one time and she never fell. I never had to help her get going again either. I was totally shocked.

I'm thinking I was about 5. Sometime around kindergarten.

Yeah I was 5 and a half. I got the bike for christmas, and by summer I had the training wheels off.

Going to the race track, and you need to have full leathers, I perfer to have a 1 pc suit, but since I already had the coat it was cheaper to buy the pants (they zip into the coat, so its 1 pc), boots, helmet, gauntlet gloves. Now I have all the gear required, just need to safety wire a couple things on my bike this weekend, and pack some food and water. then ready to go
