which type are flip flops?
Flip flops are the ones that have the thing that goes between your big toe and second toe. Athletic slides are the ones that you slide your foot into. Sandels are like the Tevas from the 90's or the brown leather ones that you see people wear now, the ones that need to be buckled in some way.

I put my athletic slides on the minute I get home. I would like to wear them here at work. I actually do sometimes if I am here alone on the weekend.

Ok, I find if you work in a building, office, whatever, you should not be wearing sandals as footwear.....
the only profession that should be wearing sandals is a lifeguard
