Apples actually go very well with cheese, nice compliment on a cheese plate.

My meal planner maker breaks down all the servings for each meal. You should always have a fruit or vegetable for every meal... so in this case 1/2 an apple.

Well at the deli where I get cheese, they have a big board that lists all the cheeses by country of origin. Therefore Canadian Black Diamond cheddar.
