So being that I fucked up my leg chasing a suspect at work, I'm on injury leave for the next 2 weeks. So thats alot sitting around the house bored out of my mind... soo, I decided to be somewhat productive.

I made a top 5 list of the funniest movies for every year from 2000-2010.

Soo, what are the top 10 funniest movies of the decade?

My friends give me shit for liking the New Guy.
Any movie that has Vanilla ice, and Lyle Loveett getting hit in the face with a flaming marshmellow, can't be that bad.

But Borat, and all of Sacha's other movies, I have no desire to see.
His little gimmick got old with me when he had his show on HBO

I never really liked I Love You Man, that movie made me sick of Paul Rudd. And I never liked that giant mole covered guy.

But my favs, Zoolander, Super Troopers, Old School, Bad Santa, Anchorman, Shaun of the Dead, Idiocracy, Grandma's Boy, Talladega Nights, Hott Fuzz, Role Models, The Hangover and Zombieland.
I haven't seen Hot Tub Time Machine or She's Out of My League yet, but will soon.
And I have NO desire to see Grown Ups.

Am I the only one that thought The Hangover was over ratted? It didn't live up to the hype for me.

Also looking at this list, there are a lot of doo doo movies. Does anyone agree or are our standards just that low?

I'll be honest, some of those years were hard to find 5 laugh out loud comedies... 03, 05, 07 and 09 had 2 or 3 great funny movies.. so the the 4th and 5th ranked movies in those years may be mediocre at best. I wasn't proud of the selections, but there wasn't much to choose from lol.

No you are not. I laughed a couple of times during it but it was very predictable. Way over-rated with no desire to see it again.
