I'm done with employees. I decided if I can't do it myself, it's just not getting done anymore.

correct. I became a liability. It was costing them money to have me around. Insurance and shit like that, because of that DUI I got awhile back. So I had to be terminated. Then get rehired a couple months later. I wanted some time off anyway, I was burnt out. worked out alright I guess. Im pretty broke now though.
