I have spent all night in the hospital only to find out what I already knew. I have a concussion. On the plus side, no skull fracture or busted up brain. The doc's only advise to me was to not play football, judo, mma, or any other contact sports. It's gonna be a long day today. At least it's slow at work, so I can screw around.

I need to go to the pan am clinic (injury specialists) to get my right side chest/shoulder/arm checked out. I hurt it over the weekend and now I'm in unbelievable amount of pain

I'll tell you why this is. People have been moving out of the area steadily because of the lack of jobs and high crime.

I fell Sunday night, but the pain and dizziness wasn't going away and I was a tad worried that there might be more going on. (I also read about how some people don't realize their brain is bleeding and they die... not gonna lie.. that freaked me out)
