Hey, there are a few around here who don't like things like ice cream. That's even more weird.

I don't think it is though.
Ice cream is right there with cheesecake and pie.

Ice cream is vastly superior to pie and cheesecake. Most everyone love ice cream, but the same can't be said for the other two.

Yeah, you're the only person I've ever met that doesn't like pie.
So, you're weird.

A 35 minute drive, one way, for Dairy Queen? You better enjoy that.

My problem with keeping ice cream at home, is that a gallon of it will just turn into dinner. Confusedad:

We have an ice cream place in town called the Dairy Bar but I want Dairy Queen.
I actually won't have to travel too far to get it. I have a baby shower to go to this Sunday and my kid is going to a birthday party for a kid at school. They are playing laser tag. Both functions are within 10 minutes of a Dairy Queen.

At least it's probably closer for you than it is for LeNeve.

I have 2 Dairy Queens within a mile.
And Cold Stone in the Tim Hortons around the corner.
And a Baskin Robins just about across the street in the Dunkin Donuts.

Mike Babcock is coaching the Leafs.
I guess he doesn't care about winning.

He's just giving up on life, that's all.

I mean, I guess it's an easy choice when someone wants to pay you over $6 million a year, in a place where you won't actually have to do anything.

I have met several people who do not like pie. It's not just me.

1 DQ a half mile away and a Tim Horton's with a Coldstone about a mile away. I don't think there are any Baskin Robins or Dunkin Donts left in the county.

Our town has 2800 people. The only franchise restaurants are Subway, Chicken Delight and Lee's Chinese.
We no longer have a bakery, there is no coffee shop other than a gas station. The Dairy Bar has ice cream and food but is closed in the winter.
We have a pool hall and a bowling lane which are rarely open.
We have 1 grocery store and lumber place that is ridiculously overpriced.
The ground work for the Tim Hortons they were supposed to build should have started months ago but hasn't.
Rumour is we are getting a Boston Pizza and a Sobeys but the rumour about 711 coming back to town has been going around for 5 years and it still hasn't happened.
