We had a driver quit, we basically pushed him out. He has a medical condition that he refuses to have checked out.
I find it funny because he for us he didn't want to work more than 8 hours, he got pissy when he had to and whined until he was free to go home. His new job he has to work 12-14 hours a day. He refused to work Saturdays (we didn't ask of it often, maybe once a month). His new job he has to work 5-6 days a week.
All I can say is if he doesn't get that medical condition under control someone will die.
