My recycle attendants sit in lawn chairs watching people go in and out of the site and get paid minimum wage ($10.45/hr) and it goes up Oct 1 to $10.70.
My highest paid employee makes $21.50 but I can count on him to work from 7am to 9pm without bitching and still willing to come in the odd Saturday. To me, he's worth it. .
