What's the difference? I just plug my speakers or headphones right into my phone. I'm in and out of browsers all day so I'm either crashing the web player or closing it by mistake. It's great to have it separate.
finally a response, I tried asking how to listen the last 2 weeks

what type of speakers? do you plug them into the headphone jack?

The player drains my battery, plus I limited to doing other things on my phone
Sup super Ninjas?!?!

I'll soon be listening exclusively on my phone too. Love unlimited data plans!!!
I actually have my old Motorola Droid here at work that I connect to the WiFi, and I use that to listen to Sirius, MP3s, any podcast...
I have my speakers plugged into it, and I keep it plugged in so I don't have to worry about using my phone and keeping it charged.

I just plug them right into the headphone jack.
And at work, I have a pair of bluetooth headphones for when I want to block everyone else out.

I plug my phone right into my PC speakers directly. Hell I've even plugged a cable from the phone into the mic port on the PC just so I could use the volume controls on my keyboard.

I also connect my phone to Wifi and plug in a USB cable from my laptop to my phone to keep the battery charged.

Thanks!
If ya want to spend a bit you can get the XM Lynx. It connects over Wifi when you're not in the car and I can use it with my Bluetooth headphones.
