So I joined LA Fitness yesterday, they did an awesome job building the place

Jim found a genset he wanted on Ebay, after putting a bid on it and winning. The seller contacted us saying he wants 2K more on what our winning bid was or he wasn't selling it to us? What can and should we do?
I've told Jim to forget about the genset itself and tell the guy selling it to fuck off however Jim really wants this genset. Help?

It seems like they've been toying with that, and moving all together, trying to get a new arena on Long Island.

NY post says its official

They definitely needed a new stadium, the coliseum needs to be torn down, but the location in Long Island was perfect for driving, only option to Brooklyn is public transportation, 35 minute drive turns into 90 minutes on a train & subway

Nothing you can do really, other than leave negative feedback, which essentially is nothing. People will do that if their item doesn't sell for enough. I had to tell a guy recently that I couldn't sell him what he bought from be.. I dropped it while I was packaging it, so I figured it was better to refund him than try to send a broken part.
