If you live in the first house you could sell it and make enough money to buy enough weapons to end the apocalypse
LeNeve Wrote:Pete, you have a city kind if mind. I think the high rise is dangerous. Zombie invasion, most of those that have turned will be in the cities. How long can you hold out until you are out of supplies? Then what? Die from starvation, or try to fight your way through the swarm at the bottom?

I put the city one last.

The second house with the bunker/basement is the worst option. Few exits. ALWAYS take the high ground. That's nothing but a fancy trap. Stay away from traps....they're bad.
I pick the first pic. The moat is inconsequential it's the high walls that's the selling feature. It has enough space that you can grow your own food as well. But most importantly it looks cool and looking cool will get you laid. A zombie apocalypse with no tang is a not very fun zombie apocalypse at all.
The island looks cool but remember that Zombies can walk on the ocean and those walls aren't high enough to keep them out.
You don't want to hold up anywhere near anywhere. Cities = mucho zombies. Nothing around a metropolitan area.
I would squat at the first place and rename it Poon Estates....on account of all the fine pooooon that would be there as well.

I am surprised I haven't seen the rednecks around here build those.
A good place to survive the zombie apocalypse?

Discuss and then I will put in my 2cents worth

Not enough resources. You would end up trapped on that little island. Like a dog in a kennel.
Surrounding water is too shallow. Looks like you would need special gear getting on and off the island. Maybe if there was some sort of skyline transport to the main land, it would be a nice temp shelter to regroup.

Turnip Island here in Michigan.
I don't think there are any trails or anything to get there, and you have to get there by boat.

So it's around fresh water. That's a plus.
Maybe you could fish from it? That's a plus.
Winter will be a bitch.
