As of Jan 1st, the Death tax comes back to us. There are no thresholds on this tax. So if you leave your family a million dollars or a hundred, that government will take 55% of it.

In my opinion, if I paid my taxes already all through my life, I don't understand how the government can fuck me after I'm dead. That's necrophilia
What if you die with nothing? Does your family have to pay?

I don't make big money at all. I make barely enough to keep me off needing help. I could actually qualify for alot of free government help. I don't though, because I seem to be doing fine.

People are sucking the dick of free money, and it pisses me off. Where is the pride in that? This death tax is just another symptom of the fuck head scum bags of this country bleeding the money dry. They find another tax to cover those costs.

I work my ass off. I have 7 cuts on my hands at the moment from working. I almost want to give up at this point. I see unemployed people bringing their new trucks, and suvs to the shop everyday. Where my dumbass has to work on them, and drive home in my ford escort. Tired of it for real.

Also if you go to the grocery store on the day they get the food stamps, all the good shit is gone already. It's ridiculous.

Like I said, the death tax is just a reason to pay for all the lazy, piece of shit, leech, asshole sucking, freeloaders that are taking the surplus money.

I don't know how a gov't can justify policies like this. This is why you really have to look into who you vote for (if you vote at all).
the fact that you have to pay when you die is ridiculous.

Why not get everything in cash, at all times, so when you die your family has your shit when youre gone

I use cash only, no credit cards, no checks. It's a pain in the ass sometimes, but the time is coming when everybody that has money in the banks will be fucked.

I only have one loan for my house at this time. I go in once a month with cash money, and pay. I don't fuck with the bank tellers either. I pay the loan officer dirrectly, and get a full paper report, and reciepts.
Fuck the greedy government. They don't deserve a fuckin penny of a dead person's money. They earned it, and goddamn it, the family should keep every penny. If they would spend what tax we pay more wisely, this wouldn't happen. Our government has too much power and not enough common sense.

I think there's probbly only like 5-10% of people that actually work like our grandparents did back in the day.

back to the topic... Of course I should have to pay the government to die. Why should i get to do that shit for free? "land of the free" right?

I don't know how they can tax money that was already taxed when it was earned.

It's actually something that has been around, but in the Clinton era, they raised it to the 55% rate. Congress during the Bush era abolished it as a measure in the Tax cuts, but none of the new measure to extend this tax. So regardless of what happens about the tax cuts, this will be put back on Jan 1st.
Everyone is right on here. Taxes as a whole are unfair and a joke. Welfare is a joke and the death tax is a joke.

This hits me b/c my dad turn 77 this year and my mom is 71, they are getting up there in age and will not be around forever. They also have a significant amount of money, money that they already paid their taxes on in a high tax bracket. When they pass, I am sure there will be a substantial amount of money left for me, most likely enough to set me up to be debt free until I retire myself, that is the way they are. There is NO WAY I should have to give over half of that to the government so that lazy people can pop out kids, collect free money to buy name brand clothes and get food stamps to spend on lobsters and T-bone steaks while I work an average of 70 hours a week to make ends meet and maintain a somewhat comfortable lifestyle.

On a positive note, I just heard tonight that there is a real good chance that Obama might extend the death tax for another few years in an attempt to win middle support and show people he cares during the recession since his bailouts didn't help in doing anything but making the rich richer.
I am surprised lefty liberal Joe is not all about this tax. It a very left liberal democrat Bill Maherish tax, something Bill the Queer endorses fully. Those liberals love to give our hard earned money away to people who are lazy.... :poke: :poke: :poke:
I hate the fact that people can receive welfare. We have (un)employment insurance (ei) in Canada, which you pay into off each of your paycheck, that way you have assistance when you are between jobs.

But when people come to this country or are even from this country and decide that it is more important to take than to give back, pisses me off.
Unfortuately these are the people who vote liberally, and this is why people who have to work their asses off vote conservative.

The problem is every political party in every country go out of their way to help the people who WON'T help themselves, and the people who get punished are the ones who support the "system", by their hard work

Very funny. I'm not 100% liberal. I actually believe in smaller government, less spending and tax breaks which goes right along with conservative thinking. It's just a shame that the conservatives wind up sending our money somewhere else like Iraq.

Have your name put on your parents accounts. That saves you from paying that shit, since they become shared accounts. My aunt did that with my grandma. Her name was on the house and the bank accounts.
