Is it possible to burn videos off of youtube onto dvd?
Or can you download them on to your computer somehow so that they'll be on there pemanently, even if they are removed from youtube?
If you are using firefox, download the Easy YouTube Video Downloader 1.4 add-on
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/10137

Download links are added to the webpage under the video description. Right-click and save-as the version you want.
I always use this site to download them onto my computer.http://www.savevid.com/

That worked well. The only thing is that i'm getting "windows cannot open this file, needs to know what program created it"
Then you get the option to try to find it online and it leads you to a bunch of sites that want you to download and pay for their program.

Man i hate comuters. If it was a car or a house i'd have fixed it by now

The mp4 file can be played in quicktime and the flv is a flash video file. There are a bunch of free flv players out there.
