My theory is the dreads. Black guys say that shit is tight, and itchy all the time. He probaly doesn't want to itch, and slap his head while he is on tv, so he is trying to relieve it by shaking.
If any of you guys have been around black guys after they get the braids done or they have dreads, you will notice that they slap the shit out of their heads, and scratch it constantly. This is true.
