I've never made it before either, I don't know how to do it. My mom used to make it all the time, and it seemed to be in regular rotation in grade school lunch.

Super easy... hamburger meat, eggs, bread crumbs, ketchup, (sometimes I put in bbq sauce too) and sometimes I throw in onions. Mix it up, press into loaf pan bake at 425F for an hour and voila meatloaf.
How about cabbage rolls? I love those too. My mom would make those alot.

Cook rice, add hamburger meat mix it together. Take a head of cabbage rip some leaves off throw them in the microwave for 10 seconds. Put the rice/hamburger mixture put it in the cabbage roll it up. Continue on until you have as many as you want. Add tomato soup and cook in a slow cooker on low for 6-8 hours.
Lazy man cabbage rolls are way easier to make but it just doesn't taste the same. Anything else???

I love those. My Mom used to make them every year for Christmas Eve. I am so hungry right now.

Or you can substitute stewed tomatoes (spiced up with plenty of garlic and onion) rather than tomato soup.
