Super Bowl: Steelers V Packers

I will be picking the Steelers.

Super Bowl. This is a hard pick for me. I have no invested time, or do I hate, or love either team, so I really don't care who wins.

I've been to Pittsburgh, have family that has lived there for centuries. I've never been up north, have no ties, or connections up north.

I don't follow football closely, watch a game a week, maybe. My thoughts are pretty much based off of the last few games each team has played.

I think it's going to be one hell of a game. Pittsburghs defense looks sick. Packers offense looks sick. Pittsburghs offense looked awesome, but I've seen alot of mistakes by Big Ben, mostly during second halfs, luckily Pittsburghs defense is smashing mother fuckers, and they have shut it down when it counts. I don't think this game will be a blow out either way. I think, and hope it goes down to the wire. I've enjoyed watching the Steelers play this year, more than the Packers. If Favre was still a Packer, I would pick them, just because, that would be the awesome story. He is not playing though, so................................

I cheer for the Lions, I care when they win (which isn't often), if its a good game then I win.

I cheer for the Lions, I care when they win (which isn't often), if its a good game then I win.

It's funny, people love to hate the Steelers and Penguins, who win, but everyone loves the Pirates.

When it comes down to it, people hate any team that wins that is not their team. Let me rephrase that, the masses hate any team that wins that is not theirs. Look at all the people that hate the Patriots now, before 2000, no one cared about the Patriots. Look at the Lions, I have nothing against the Lions, I have a Barry Sanders jersey, and I can not tell you one person who hates the Lions like I hate the Flyers, or shit, even 10% as much as I hate the Flyers. No one hates the Lions, they are the lovable losers. That sucks for their fans, who I am guessing would much rather everyone hated their team than lose all the time. I personally do not hate teams b/c they win, I hate them if they are rivals of my team or the majority of their fans are assholes.

heres the answer to the question that you have. I've answered it before, but to clear it up....there you go. Oh, I could care less about the Pirates as well due to the fact that their owners are assholes, just like the Maple Leafs management has always been.

I'll give you this.....I cheered for the Steelers for one game in my life.....96 super bowl....thats it
