Never arrested any midgets...
Biggest dude was around 7'5" and 400...and not fat. We got a call to a halfway house for crazy people where this guy had gone off. Big, big Indian (as in American). I remember thinking if we had enough bullets between the three of us there to put him down if it came to that. We were lucky enough to talk him into coming peacefully...had to transport him to jail in an ambulance because he wouldn't fit in a cage car.
Guy ended up going off again at the jail. He busted the shatterproof glass out of his cell and was tearing out clumps of his hair and eating it. I have no idea what they had to do to get him under control. That was the one guy in all my time on the job I'm glad I never had to fight. We would have had to kill him to restrain him.
